COURSE CURRICULUM

Ready for Launch's 8-week program features 7 course modules. Each module consists of videos, assessments and worksheets to take the learnings and apply them to your business. There are also weekly live sessions where you can ask questions and get feedback, as well as community tools to learn and interact with fellow Ready for Launch students.

Module One

After registering and completing your initial assessments, you'll begin the Ready for Launch journey with Module One: Defining Your Unique Business. 

You'll learn to clarify your goals, define your unique value proposition and how to articulate the foundation of your brand's strengths and the best way to communicate your value to your target audiences. 

Module Two

In this module, you'll learn how to crunch the numbers for your specific business and execute a strategy that drives sales any loyalty.

Module Three

This is where so many entrepreneurs fail - they don't zero in on their target customer and the best way to communicate with them. This module is about getting laser-focused on your audience. You'll learn how to define your target audience, communicate your brand value to them through effective copy that resonates with your target audiences and converts them to loyal customers. 

Module Four

Your website and social media presences are your first impression for your brand with your target audience. In this module, you'll take the learnings from Module Three and develop the blueprint for your website. You'll also learn how to ensure your brand message is consistent between your website and your social media presences.

We'll also help you decide the best website platform to use, whether you can build it yourself using tools available or work with a web designer, and more.

Module Five

By this point, you'll have a very solid foundation of what your business goals are, who your target audience is and how to reach them, and how to drive them to a website that converts. Now, you're ready to plan your content - for your website, social media, emails and all communications touchpoints. You'll learn how to determine the best communications channels for your business and how often you need to publish across those touchpoints. 

You'll also learn how to plan and schedule content quarter-by-quarter for maximum engagement and time efficiency. 

Module Six

This module is all about strategies to convert your fans, subscribers and website visitors into loyal customers. You'll learn about defining your sales funnel and how to push leads through the funnel successfully through effective email campaigns, social media engagement and more.

 

Module Seven

This 2-part / 2-week module is the final module in the Ready for Launch course in which you'll learn how to collect the most important data you need to evaluate and analyze success and plan for growth and scale.

Great question! While the course is broken up over 8 weeks to help you master each module, you'll have access to ALL of the content for life, so if you need more time, you can go at your own pace.

To get through each module, we recommend about 4 - 5 hours per module. 

There will also be weekly live Q&A sessions (which we will record and save for later viewing if you miss it or want a refresher) and your course membership includes an hour of one-on-one mentoring. 

Again, how you choose to break up the modules as they are released is up to you! You can participate with the other entrepreneurs in real-time or go at your pace, when you can!

6. Converting leads to sales: This module is all about strategies to convert your fans, subscribers and website visitors into loyal customers. You'll learn about defining your sales funnel and how to push leads through the funnel successfully.

7. Growth Strategy: This 2-part / 2-week module is the last module in the course in which you'll learn to collect the most important data you need to evaluate and analyze success and plan for growth and scale.
