In our first Ready for Launch module, we’ll work through your business “plan” — not the traditional business plan, but your vision, your purpose in starting your unique venture, and we’ll define milestones and the processes to achieve those milestones.

We’ll cover:
– Your “Why”: Defining the reason your business is unique and the storytelling elements to share your passion with the world
– Your Path to Profitability: how to realistically project income and expenses
– Processes over Goals: We’ll define your success metrics and the processes to implement to achieve them
